A small, trusted test before miYear opens wider.

The private beta is operated by Clare Langley and is available only to people invited personally. An invitation belongs to the Google account named in it and must not be shared or transferred.

You must be aged 18 or over to take part in the private beta.

miYear is unfinished software being tested with friends. Features may change, pause, break or be removed. We will take reasonable care of the service and your information, but continuous availability is not promised during testing.

Beta accounts are free. Paid subscriptions and public live book ordering are not enabled unless miYear clearly tells you otherwise before any charge.

You keep ownership of the writing, recordings and photos you add. You give miYear permission to store, process and display that material only to provide the features you choose.

Only add material you are entitled to use. Respect other people's privacy and do not use miYear for unlawful, abusive or harmful content.

The Privacy Notice explains how information is handled. AI, transcription, location and print testing are optional. miYear is not a medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice service.

You may send problems, ideas and general feedback from inside the app. miYear may use that feedback to improve the product without identifying you publicly. Your journal content will not be used as promotional material without separate permission.

You can stop using miYear and delete or export your account data through the available controls. Clare Langley may pause the beta or remove access where necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance or to protect other testers.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions can be sent to hello@miyear.app.
